Raccolte con attenzione in fase tardiva, le uve botritizzate di Pitraia provengono da una parcella speciale del nostro vigneto, abbracciata da un filone di granito rosa che infonde al vino caratteristiche incomparabili. Con una produzione limitata a soli 30 quintali per ettaro, il nostro Vermentino svela un'essenza concentrata e profondamente legata al terroir.Affinato per 18 mesi in contatto con i lieviti, attraverso la tecnica del battonage settimanale, Pitraia si distingue per la sua straordinaria freschezza e per l'armonia dei sapori. Carefully harvested in the late phase, the botrytized grapes of Pitraia come from a special parcel of our vineyard, embraced by a vein of pink granite that infuses the wine with incomparable characteristics. With a limited production of only 30 quintals per hectare, our Vermentino reveals a concentrated essence deeply connected to the terroir. Aged for 18 months in contact with the yeasts, through the technique of weekly battonage, Pitraia stands out for its extraordinary freshness and the harmony of flavors.
